ScriptLanguageContainer.deploy misses certificate parameters

The ScriptLanguageContainer.deploy misses the certificate parameters which leads to a error when a SLC should be deployed to a https BucketFS.

Please note, that the exasol.slc.api.deploy.deploy() function also expects the flag bucketfs_use_https=True if uploading to https.
