This PR renames the domain and role names of this extension from "proof" to "prf". This follows closely the naming convention of other domains in Sphinx. It also allows users to utilize the
sphinxcontrib-proofextension in the same project assphinxcontrib-prettyproofwith no fear of overriding domains.
