Shall we create a release?

It'd be for these user-facing commits:

  • 3824299 .github, cli, completion: cross-compile arm64 Windows asset (#797)
  • a962b18 .github: cross-compile riscv64 Linux asset (#798)
  • f280445 .github: cross-compile arm64 macOS asset (#796)
  • 0e8d665 .github, config: use Zig to cross-compile arm64 Linux asset (#460)

and these internal commits:

  • 7f2611a .github(cross-compile, upload-archive): rename to archive (#795)
  • 2bbe981 .github(create-artifact, publish-release): rename scripts (#794)
  • 9ba8cc6 .github: run native and cross-compilation jobs in parallel (#793)
  • 88f367f .github: separate release creation from uploading assets (#792)
  • 6123274 fetch-configlet: fix download in PowerShell script (#787)
  • be5675c .gitignore, config, nimble: use lock file (#418)
  • 5e6ddd8 README: add example minisign output, and clarify (#784)
