Why

Deprecate and remove react-native-google-cast which has been adopted by the upstream maintainer.
Fix android apps no longer building without splash screens.
Account for new tinted iOS icons.
Note that Apple broke Settings.bundle features in the README of apple-settings.
Updated test snapshots.
Remove all config plugins that bump android min versions as they're no longer needed.
Document reasonable alternatives for react-native-pdf based on HIG and other resources.
Callout better version of react-native-dynamic-app-icon that supports Android and has an upstream plugin. This will likely be the recommended version in the future.
