Seems that there might be false failures on #174, this should make the headless vscode testing a bit more stable.
Additional context
The issue seems to be introduced with in
1.78.x, pinning the version down to1.77.xuntil its resolved. There is an experimental workflow that keeps testing newer versions to see if its resolved.See: microsoft/vscode#152938
