FTR, Jordan has been a de facto triager for a bit now, having advised on multiple issues. I think the next step here is for the TC to discuss and make a decision

@ctcpip posted about it in the channel and linked to this issue. I think if there are no objections after a few days we can consider it settled. I guess we will need to add your name to the README.md and then fix the team membership at that point.
