Frequency Scanner: Add multiplex mode, to switch between frequencies at fixed intervals, regardless of power level. This allows, for example, AIS and ADS-B data to be received via a single SDR.
ADS-B updated to use settings keys, which helps to avoid updating the entire GUI (which can be slow) when unrelated settings are set.
