Maybe you could add pre-requisites checkboxes, checkbox the contributor writing the issue has to comply to, like this
a few examples would be: - [ ] I have read the [contributing guide](./CONTRIBUTE.md)
- [ ] I have checked the issue I am writing doesn't already existsjust a thought |
