According to [041-002] the temporal argument may be any temporal region, at least it does not exclude any time intervals. However, I don't believe it makes sense to talk about a spatial region in which an independent continuant is exactly located if you consider time intervals during which the independent continuant moves. Maybe this is supposed to be a 0 dimensional temporal region?
