The following TODO features need to be reordered by priority. And there are a lot of things missing.
- "Classic" (SimTower clone)
- Implement SimTower features:
- Rooms
- Movie Cinemas
- Chapel

- Subway / railway
- Resizable elevator shafts (right now adding an elevator hits all the floors)
- Maximum length
- Number of elevators per shaft; additional cost apiece.

- Reduced restaurant traffic on rainy days
- Tenants will only use up to 3 flights of stairs to reach a destination
- Tenants will only use up to 6 flights of escalator to reach a destination
