In CICO pipeline, the pipeline library sets some
env-varsand$PROXY_PASS_URLis one of them.Without having it set, the custom
nginxdeploy image's config breaks and it fails to get the web-server running properly.Setting it to the same value as it is in the library seems to work out well.
