Some tools need unzip and this command seems to be removed in later versions

Uhu ... this broke our https://github.com/OASIS-learn-study/swissarmyknife-minecraft-server 😸

It's also what was reported on #171. Let me finally fix this RIGHT NOW ....

$ yum whatprovides unzip

Repo        : @System

Earlier versions of this project included unzip,
and some project using this S2I based image relied on that.
Recent versions, after the change from the jboss to the centos
base, lost unzip, therefore breaking downstream projects.
This puts it back explicitly.

due to fabric8io-images/s2i#184

but I would prefer it if fabric8io-images/s2i#185
fixed the regression instead of us (and other people...) having to adapt.
