Build and push - ERROR: existing instance for "maven" but no append mode

I'm getting ERROR: existing instance for "maven" but no append mode when trying to build and push in a GitHub workflow, i.e.

mvn -ntp -B -pl :control-center-app -Pproduction package docker:build docker:push

I feel I'm doing something wrong. Any suggestion?

@heruan : You seem to be using quite old version of docker. Do you see the issue when you upgrade to latest release

That was it, thanks! I didn't even notice, it came from an old image to run actions locally.
