Cuer v0.3.0

This release brings a new reworked UI that, thanks to libhandy, can adapt to run on small screen devices (like phones).
The qrcodedec gstreamer plugin has been updated to work more like zbar plugin, to make easier to add support to both type of codes.
This release is distributed in a Flatpak, waiting for Arch Linux AUR packages to be updated.
