upgrade @graphql-tools/url-loader to 7.13.9

Our project received a dependabot alert about a vulnerability - I need to upgrade in order to meet our security SLA.

Please update to graphql-schema-diff@2.5.0 in your project and check if the dependabot alert is resolved afterwards. If not, please let me know.
