Which npm version are you using?
I would probably try creating a project in a directory without hieroglyphs in the name.

Hi, Gaearon,

Sorry for my late reply.

  1. All software version as below ( npm / node / nvm ) :
    version

  2. About the hieroglyphs in the name, you mean "Google 雲端硬碟" ?
if so, that's because the Window OS language i used is Chinese.
It indeed looks like hieroglyphs words.

  3. Or maybe create-react-app might not work right in Chinese lang?

I see Google Drive in one of your paths, do you know where that's coming from?

Hi, Timer,
I usually set my local project on my google drive ( as first & second screenshot ),
but now, I changed it to C:\Users\User ( as the third screenshot ),
just for testing Chinese named path would make CRA works normally or not,
but it looks like not for this reason.

Hi, Guys,

I found that my issue is same with this closed issue :
#1905
so, everything just works perfectly while I deleted the autorun command in regedit list...

create-react-app is done ( the path named with Chinese words & spaces on testing purpose ) :
resolve1
npm start also works perfectly:
resolve2
Thanks for the help.
Wish u guys have a good day. ^^
