Better names for vendor chunks

This is a feature request:

Can splitChunks be configured in a way that produces vendor bundles with names generated from the origin and name of the chunk (eg. vendor~main.js)? According to the webpack docs, this should be the default behavior: https://webpack.js.org/plugins/split-chunks-plugin/#splitchunks-automaticnamedelimiter
