Updated all external links in docs to use
https://for all domains that support it. Also updated the Jest links to use their new https://jestjs.io domain.This should also fix warnings like we've seen in our Netlify deploys: https://app.netlify.com/sites/create-react-app/deploys/5c5d93a8882fa1000aa8901a
