An upgrade to beta.15 yields module not found errors.

Since I upgraded to beta.15, I am getting these errors when I start the development server:

Module not found: Error: Can't resolve '@theme/hooks/useThemeContext' in '/website/src/theme/Navbar'
Module not found: Error: Can't resolve '@theme/hooks/useHideableNavbar' in '/website/src/theme/Navbar'
Module not found: Error: Can't resolve '@theme/hooks/useLockBodyScroll' in '/website/src/theme/Navbar'
Module not found: Error: Can't resolve '@theme/hooks/useWindowSize' in '/website/src/theme/Navbar'
Module not found: Error: Can't resolve '@theme/hooks/useDocs' in '/website/src/theme/Navbar'

Ideas?

Breaking change introduced in #6289. Please read the changelog carefully and reswizzle your component accordingly.

So, I changed this:

import useThemeContext from '@theme/hooks/useThemeContext';
import useHideableNavbar from '@theme/hooks/useHideableNavbar';
import useLockBodyScroll from '@theme/hooks/useLockBodyScroll';
import useWindowSize from '@theme/hooks/useWindowSize';

To this:

import {
  useThemeConfig,
  useColorMode,
  useHideableNavbar,
  useLockBodyScroll,
  useWindowSize,
} from '@docusaurus/theme-common';

... and a few errors disappeared.

However, I'm not sure what to do with :

import {useActivePlugin} from '@theme/hooks/useDocs';

Suggestions?
