fix(v2): i18n fixes

Motivation

• Test to ensure that theme translations remains extractable over time
• Test to ensure the update-code-translations script is run after new translations are added to the theme code
• Fix Live code block theme code refactored, leading to unability to extract translations
• Fix ordering issue for the ___DESCRIPTION in generated base.json
• Translate Version: v1 label in theme
