docs: add 7Wate's Wiki to showcase

Motivation
I’ve been using the Docusaurus to build my knowledge base for a while, and I think it’s time to share it with more people!

Test Plan
I added some code about my site info to users.tsx and 1 image about my website screenshot to showcase.
