🐛 Bug Report

Same issue as facebook/react-native#28446
If the host system contains gflags.h flipper won't compile

To Reproduce

Install gflags and initialise a react native project -> try to build

Environment

OSX 12.2
Fresh https://github.com/react-native-community/react-native-template-typescript template
