Update twemoji version

Description

The latest twemoji version is 17.0.2 https://github.com/jdecked/twemoji but this lib is using v15.1.0 - would be nice to have the new emojis!

People get to express themselves with all the latest emojis.

We use twemoji in https://karrot.world and need to keep the frontend versions and backend versions roughly in sync for consistent rendering.

I will only be able to update to Unicode 16 for now. We rely on Joypixel's emoji name mapping as Twemoji provides no name mapping on its own. They only go up to Unicode 16 right now. So that will be are target for now.

Fwiw, I started using https://emojibase.dev/ for the emoji name mappings - which comes with different presets https://emojibase.dev/docs/shortcodes (including joypixels).

I'm not against switching databases at some point in the future, especially if breakage is minimal, but we'll see. For now, I'll target latest Joypixel mapping and then I can look into other possible mappings later.
