Faker::Internet.email generates email address with umlauts

Describe the bug

name  = "#{Faker::Name.first_name} #{Faker::Name.last_name}"
email = Faker::Internet.email(name: name)

URI::InvalidComponentError:
146      #   bad component(expected opaque component): penelope.nöh@schinner.net

To Reproduce

try above with german language activated and wait for a german name coming up with umlauts.

Expected behavior

ä -> ae, ö -> oe, ü -> ue
or just ä -> a, ö -> o, ü -> u
