I haven't been able to find any references to people with a first name of 'Miss'; it seems like this is a prefix rather than a first name.

We have some validation code that verifies titles aren't present in people's names. We're occasionally getting test failures because
Faker::Name.first_namecan return 'Miss', which is a title.I haven't been able to find any references to people with a first name of 'Miss', so this removes it.
