What this PR does / why we need it:
With this PR I'm proposing myself as maintainer of the main Falco project. This means that I'm asking to extend my ownership from the sole docker area to the project root.
For reference I already maintain:
Looking at the governance process for becoming a maintainer, I believe that in the past four months, I abide by the process.
In particular, every day I spend and plan to do the same in the future a very significant amount of time in triaging issues, fixing bugs, and proposing new features in the context of the Falco project.
