FatQuery v1.0

Query the filename from given sector in an FAT partition.
It is useful if you got bad sector on an FAT partition and would like to check which file is affected.
For NTFS, just use nfi.exe from Microsoft SDK.

Only tested on FAT16/FAT32 partition. It should work on all FAT partition supported by DiskUtils.
The tool supports raw image and directly open a partition (read-only).

This binary is built for Window and .NET Framework 4.5 environment.
