test: add unit tests for PR#2
This PR adds comprehensive unit tests for the changes introduced in PR#2.
Changes:
Tests cover various parsing scenarios including different delimiters,
error handling, and edge cases for the new template utility function.
Adds the new parseAndGather unit tests to the build system with
appropriate library dependencies for Rock dialect and MLIR parsing.
