K8S_MYNAMESPACE env variable for test does not switch to mynamespace cluster #22

the initial assumption was the mynamespace and IT clusters are the same. In configurations when IT is using a different cluster, K8S_MYNAMESPACE=1 switches the namespace but stay on the same test cluster used in k8s_test_setup
