This PR syncs the edge module with our main Fastly integration.

New features / configuration options:

Encryption key for cookies.
Names for cookies.
Captcha assets hosted on relative path.
A path to reliably get a captcha page.
A header to indicate when captcha is served.
Option to return JSON instead of HTML for captcha page.
