Support LLM from Azure like Azure OpenAI, Azure Claude etc #3928

You certainly have lot more LLM model one can use hosted with in the organization or for testing purposes.
Describe the solution you'd like
If you can open the support for Azure hosted models. Azure has big library of lot of models.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I use litellm to port those models but having a in built support will be good.
