feat(listen-button): add LLM model download check and open settings

The changes in this commit add a check for the availability of the large language model (LLM) when the user tries to stop a recording session. If the LLM model is not downloaded, a toast notification is displayed, prompting the user to open the settings and download the model.

This feature ensures that users are aware of the requirement to download the LLM model before using AI-powered features, providing a better user experience and preventing potential issues caused by a missing model.
