Add a new empty changelog file for the 1.0.0-nightly.8 release. This creates apps/web/content/changelog/1.0.0-nightly.8.mdx with a created timestamp so the nightly release history can track the entry and be populated later. changelog: add nightly changelog entry for agents Update 1.0.0-nightly.8 changelog created timestamp and add a comprehensive list of fixes and features for AGENTS. This documents bug fixes (AGC with VAD, shutdown handling, duplicated UI tabs, audio autoplay guard), Linux-specific improvements (PulseAudio app listing, device monitoring, headphone detection, permissions), streaming and VAD enhancements (continuous VAD masking, amplitude floor, streaming state in VadAgc), runtime and build changes (dynamic ONNX runtime linking), UI and UX additions (prompt editor with readonly ranges, ensure Summary tab renders, enhance transcript store with partial hints and channel-aware speaker hints, numeric speaker indexing), dual-websocket multichannel workaround, deeplink2 plugin, and a root supervisor for the desktop app. v
