No way to create folders?

Not sure if I'm misunderstanding the folder functionality, but I can't see a way to create folders or move notes to specific folders.

Ah OK, I'm guessing a lot of gaps I'm seeing are the difference between the docs and whats actually in prod. Is there a page that says what currently exists so I don't submit any known gaps as bugs?
