Similar to #2398
We're seeing another large surge in requests. Up to 60 update requests per minute per IP.

Additionally the downloads have surged as well.
The refresh interval and caching logic is probably not working as intended.

Those shouldn't be related to updates.

Should make requests to domains desktop2.hyprnote.com and cdn.crabnebula.app.
