Mention SimPEG collaboration to build Choclo in the docs and in the README.md.

Relevant issues/PRs:

The motivation to build Choclo raised after @santisoler started collaborating
in SimPEG. The goal is to have a shared engine for running the gravity and
magnetic forward models. Choclo is being included in SimPEG's gravity and
magnetic simulations (see simpeg/simpeg#1285 and
simpeg/simpeg#1321).

Mention SimPEG collaboration to build Choclo in the docs and in the
`README.md`.

Thanks so much @santisoler!! It is so cool to celebrate a concrete tie point between these two communities. One small possible addition: if you think it is appropriate to add a link to SimPEG in the nav under community, that would be awesome too.
