Added more crimes to the homepage drop down, set the UCR term to open the glossary per the designs and did a bunch of small stylistic adjustments to better match the designs

if this increases to mx2, then the parent div must be changed to mxn2 so that the right link is flush with the end of the container

this looks great -- just gonna make a few tiny tweaks and then merge!
