Description
Adding flag to provide user an option to deploy CosmosDB as online store, in addition to Azure-Redis.
Also modified other resource deployment and provided more choices.
How was this PR tested?
Did a test deployment with different combinations using deploy custom template feature in Azure.
Does this PR introduce any user-facing changes?
