Admin command branch-collection does not update Koji dest tag #245

I've ran Fedora 28 branching command:

koschei-admin branch-collection f28 f29 -d 'Fedora 28' -t f29 --bugzilla-version 28

After it completed, f29 collection still had "dest tag" set to f28-build and I had to correct it with:

koschei-admin edit-collection --dest-tag f29-build f29

The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
