- client files moved from wiki (still need to double check against SFW repo) - code updated, client is self contained in this repo - initial client and testclient build
- still lots of testing to be done...
- not sure when these disappeared....
+ regenerate client and testclient (following rebase)
add generated map files to .gitignore

Replaces original merge request #10 - a new branch so we can revert to ignoring the generated javascript without disturbing the OpenShift quickstart that is using the other branch for deployment.
