如果我没记错的话，我从用prometheusalert开始就只能用用户的uid（ou_xxx）来实现at人，这个uid的获取还比较复杂，需要根据公司的在飞书里的一些信息id和调用飞书接口，来获取用户的uid，然后将这些uid填写到prometheusalert url的后面就可以实现at人的功能了
你把前面的id去掉了，我猜测修改之前是将用户的邮箱当作id传递给了prometheusalert，删掉这个id之后，恰好将填写的邮箱地址传递给了email字段，从而能正常at人了(未测试，单纯猜测) |

最新的4.9.1的版本经测试是可以直接支持id和email来@人的 |
