If the installer fails to download the MSI, the user may wind up with an incomplete or empty MSI file. The script should check the size, or ideally a sum to verify if the installer is proper.

A simple check shows that the Logos 9 MSI is 237M and Logos 10 MSIs are 300M (or possibly greater in the future).
