Factor out binoculars into a variable (formerly AssignGear issues) #782

  • Most, if not all standard faction files lack the assignGear_faction_v.sqf include, which means that boxes and vehicles are empty when on standard loadout. (already fixed on dev)
  • At least some files add pistols before pistol ammo. This -leads to an empty pistol even though ammo is available. This is bad.
  • CTRG MAT loadout is broken.
  • Factor out binoculars/rangefinders into a variable for easy switching (not a bug but it annoys me).

Will add more if I find/remember more.

Okay, turns out most of these are only issues on the FA template and have been fixed on dev. Still want to do the binos thing.
