This PR removes the soil_data.csv file and all references to it from the soil exploration activity. It had originally been saved to the github repo as a workaround until the BioDIGSData package was finished, but it's not longer necessary.
(It will be easier to maintain if we always point to the BioDIGSData package for the actual data.)
