Add groups exports

add functionality for EMu groups to sync with NetX Collections

TO DO:

• Update docs to explain that EMu groups in NetX collections are named following this convention:
  • "EMu - [group name in EMu] - [egroups irn]"
• These groups can currently only be edited via EMu (e.g. new assets added, group renamed, group unpublished, etc)

Note -- Currently:

• NetX Collections' permissions can only be viewed -- NOT updated via the API (or AutoTasks?).
• NetX Collections created via the API become mvisible only to collection-creator/API-user
• Therefor, sharing is currently done manually, and may benefit from a log of not-yet-shared "EMu - " collections in NetX
