Problem
In the FundMgr's
EnsureAvailable, if the MpoolPush call fails, we have the incorrect value cached in our local map of available funds for a given address, causing subsequent calls to possibly fail.Solution
In the case of errors after we have updated the cached values, revert the value.
Resolves #4149
