Bug: Details pane folder count isn't always correct

Description

There is one hidden item in this folder but folders without hidden items also can have this issue, I found that many folder don't have this issue too so not sure what it missing out on. Stable and Preview have this issue

Steps To Reproduce

1. Enable Files settings > Files & folders > Hidden items
   
2. Enable info pane details
3. Compare status bar and count to info panes
