Setup - Connector Installation

In Ubuntu 22.04, after installing the additional program, get the error "An unexpected error occurred". The additional program is installed and working, I restarted the browser, and then the pc, but the error remains

Which Firefox version do you have and do you use Snap or Flatpak package? You can check this if you go to Firefox Menu -> Help -> About Firefox.

It looks like your image hasn't been uploaded properly. Also, in case you use Snap Firefox, you may need to run this to enable native messaging:

flatpak permission-set webextensions firefoxpwa snap.firefox yes

Try to enable native messaging from terminal:

sudo apt install flatpak # If Flatpak is not already installed; You need it to manage permissions
flatpak permission-set webextensions firefoxpwa snap.firefox yes

Then restart Firefox (and computer if it doesn't work). If it still does not work, please share output of the following commands:

flatpak permissions webextensions
cat /usr/lib/mozilla/native-messaging-hosts/firefoxpwa.json
