Which Firefox version do you have and do you use Snap or Flatpak package? You can check this if you go to Firefox Menu -> Help -> About Firefox. |

It looks like your image hasn't been uploaded properly. Also, in case you use Snap Firefox, you may need to run this to enable native messaging:

Firefox version 108.0.2 (64 bit)
Mozilla firefox snap for ubuntu canonical-002 - 1.0
The firefoxpwa app has been installed with snap, and after I tried to
install manually, and is 2.3.0, which works from terminal

Try to enable native messaging from terminal:
Then restart Firefox (and computer if it doesn't work). If it still does not work, please share output of the following commands:

In Ubuntu 22.04, after installing the additional program, get the error "An unexpected error occurred". The additional program is installed and working, I restarted the browser, and then the pc, but the error remains
