Documentation for raise intent only describes the case with a specified app

The documentation for raiseIntent only describes behavior for the case where the optional targetApp parameter is specified:

Raises a specific intent against a target app.

It should be updated to describe the, perhaps more common, use-case where a a resolver UI is displayed allowing the user to select an application. The examples should also be updated to show this case.
