Simplify SmartLock deletion when Firebase Auth account is deleted #258
Description
In #234 we can see that the flow is bad when the Firebase Auth account has been deleted but the associated SmartLock credential has not been deleted.
We should add a convenience delete() method to AuthUI that handles deleting the SmartLock credential, just like signOut() handles signing out with SmartLock.
